Larry Brown right place right time. Carr just balling.
Go watch the little gif thing they have on these forums already. You can clearly see his left knee go down well before he extended out toward the goal line.
He didn't score. The right call was made.
And this was nothing like Brown other than it was Cowboys vs. Steelers
Brown was in the right place at the right time for give me picks. Carr's pick yesterday was him reading the play and making a play on the ball.
that was my thought as well.
Checkout the video I posted a few posts back of the play and freeze it right as Carr goes down near the endzone his knee is clearly down before the ball reaches the goal line.
Was it a poor pass or a great play on the ball ?
Just messing with you guys. It doesn't matter. The end result was a win for the Dallas Cowboys keeping them in the hunt.
But it reminds me nothing of that game with Larry Brown in the SB. Not at all.
It was a great play on the ball because Carr had to time his break perfectly to jump the route then had to dive to make the play. He turned what appeared to be a routine completion into a great pick and run.
Agree. It touched, and they spotted it back from where the ball actually crossed.
Surprised no one made the most obvious comparison.......Dallas/Chiefs 2009 OT...the sideline diving INT that Carr didn't make
It's funny, if you watch that play... Carr had the INT initially... Miles fought and stole the ball away.
I watched it repeatedly when we signed Carr. Wanted him here, and I'm glad he is here.
Yes, just finished re-watching the game, you are right.
