    A deep muscle bruise can be very painful. I had one so bad in college where I couldn't flex my quad at all.

    I would think NFL football players stay continually bruised if that makes sense. I'm just surprised it's pointed out that he suffered a bruise.

    I might have rooted for D-Ware if he went to the Panthers or some other team of the like. But I dont like the Broncos, or their jerseys.

    No honest idea of how they'll do this year, but right now not taking the bait on big payouts to Hatcher and Ware look just fine.

    And Austin was a no-brainer. I hope he helps Cleveland, but Dallas looks fine at WR and need roster room for young blood.

    And of course there's David Arkin. He's currently running with the second team at right guard in Miami's camp, behind Dallas Thomas.
