anyone have an idea? just think of all the mean SOBs we had on those teams
you got me, I give up, who?
He's one of the 5 Cowboys WRs mentioned, but not the top one. (Actually, he's in the middle of the 5).
He might of been an assistant but I don't know that he was a HC. Maybe with San Francisco but I can't be sure.
Csonka and Davis!
You and Hostile win.....
yep, Chris Boniol!
actually, no, I can't back that up
it was really Mark Tuinei, Nate said if the 2 should get into a fight, someone was going to die
Name the former Dallas Cowboy WR who is #3 on the all-time average gain per reception list.
Interestingly, 5 Cowboys (including the above) are on the top 30 all-time average gain per reception list.
--- So we've identified Lance Alworth as one of the five. But there are four more, two of whom finished higher than Alworth --
Drew Pearson's gotta be on there
I remember well. Longley was a nutcase. But for one magical game against the Skins, he was marvelous.
He's also the one that "sucker punched" Roger right in the mouth while Roger was trying to take his shoulder pads off during the next training camp after practice. He sucker punched Roger, ran like hell to his dorm room, got a few things and fled out the window, leaving behind his pet rattle snake that he always kept around...
Thomas Henderson said that was THE ONLY TIME he ever, ever heard Roger say the G-Damn word! By the time Roger reached the dorms, Longley was gone like a burgler!
Nah, he doesn't make the NFL's top 100 in average gain per catch.
Mike Irvin?? c'mon, I'm desperate over here
Well, my guess would have been Bob Hayes.
I agree. He saved Thanksgiving for me. I was at the game with my uncle and he kept saying are we ready to go this game is over and would laugh, he did not hate Dallas just loved giving me a hard time and Longley made the trip back home a sweet one that day.
Who threw the funeral wreath into the Skins locker room after we beat them on their home venue?
HEY! That was my story! Now butt out!
(leave it up to Doomsday101 to ruin my story)!!
Irvin doesn't make the top 100 either.
Bob Hayes, yes, he's #8 on the all-time list.
But one finished higher ....
