    SAN ANTONIO – The Cowboys' July 28 release of four offensive veterans (running back Marion Barber, wide receiver Roy Williams, guard Leonard Davis and tackle Marc Colombo) didn't just have a financial impact on the team. It influenced the supporting cast for quarterback Tony Romo.

    Although the offense's core is back for 2011, questions remain at certain positions. Kevin Ogletree is the current frontrunner to replace Williams as the third receiver, and first-round pick Tyron Smith is taking over for Colombo at right tackle. Even fourth-round pick David Arkin is starting at guard while veteran Montrae Holland recovers from a back injury.

    Youth is being served, for better or worse. Romo, who broke his collarbone on a busted blitz protection last October, says he trusts the new guys around him.
