    i love Larry, as much as anyone, but if the #'s of 22 and 88 aren't retired and can still be worn then 73 definately still can be worn.

    I know we give numbers like 33 to scrubs, so I guess it's happened before.

    I agree, or at least reserved for a 1st round pick. But, number 54 seems to get spread around a lot.

    Except we don't officially retire numbers.

    I don't like it either, though. It should be among the "unofficially untouchable" numbers with 8, 12, 22, and 74.
