I have a message for Al Franken:
You're not good enough. You're not smart enough. And doggonit, people don't like you.[/StuartSmalley]
Take the hint from the colossal failure that is Err America.
Liberals have better things to do than listen to some arse whip spew his bias opinion and simultaneously nod our heads. We just know how nerdy that is....
So, I kinda get your point. But Al makes some good ones every once in a while. That was great if you ask me. But I hate rush Limbaugh like fish guts in my nostrils.
This one is quite funny....
I disagree vehemently with Al's politics, but I actually find him quite funny. His closing comment about "not eating what comes out of Rush's butt" was pure comedy.
I haven't listened to Rush Limbaugh since high school.
I trust you didn't tell anyone you listened to am talk radio in high school. In my high school, that would have been grounds for being hung from a gym locker by your underwear (and no that never happened to me).
I have read a couple of Franken's book, they are funny as hell.
I wouldn't dare. My buddies would have kicked my arse. I come from a small town, pretty much. Well not so small anymore... but once upon a time.
He's not so bad. I own one of his books because my aunt gave me a bunch of books she'd read, but I haven't read it. It's good to hear someone likes him. He's a little dry and passive. But I like that realm of humor.
This Al Franken?:bang2:
Gee; now where is all the disgust with Al about not taking care of his employees from all the libs who are supposedly so much for taking care of the workers?
I already knew that. That's not brand new, bum. Who onwned the station? That's whose fault it is.
I was in high school from 1992-1996, and Rush Limbaugh was, for the most part, the only AM radio personality of any renown.
I generally don't read books by political pundits, though I did enjoy "Michael Moore is a Big Fat Stupid White Man."
When I read for informative purposes, I usually read academics, such as Alan Gross, or astronomy articles.
It was Al Franken's personal corporation, Al Franken, Inc.
Well that's not funny. But that's why his ratings are low. I've only listened to him on you tube and sparsely know of his work.
I was just seeing what all the hate was about. I'll go ahead and bag on him, personally, too.
It's no wonder nobody listens to him, though. He's like Ann Coultour, but way less sexy.
Ann Coulter is many things. Sexy is not one. She's kinda gangly.
still better looken then Franken.
Entertainment.... that's why you don't take 'em seriously, neither one.
Watch that video again. Aside from being drunk, she's kind hot.
That is why I have to laugh at the libs who froth at the mouth about Rush and Hannity. Their own democratic leaders in the house and senate are more outrageous; and we will not even go into those like Dean.
More like, we don't let a bunch of designated monkeys speak for us over long periods of time and ditto our heads nodding yes.
We think for ourselves.
Leadership takes too much power from the people, especially these days. Which is why you should vote for the national initiative.
