    INDIANAPOLIS — Morris Claiborne recently underwent surgeries on his left shoulder and finger, but a team source said the Cowboys cornerback should be cleared to participate on a limited basis at the outset of the team’s off-season program.

    At the very least, Claiborne is expected to do some running and conditioning work.

    Last season, Claiborne hurt his finger before dislocating his shoulder in Week 1 but played through the injury.
