Do you appreciate Emmitt Smith more?

    That was a good point about Emmitt's production in high school. He was the state of Florida's all-time rushing leader before he even began his senior year.

    A remarkable individual accomplishment, unless he was lucky enough to run behind the greatest offensive line in the history of the state of Florida, too. ;)

    Emmitt is a first-ballot Hall of Famer. Will we be able to say that about any of the guys he played with?

    I also agree with you on TD...and let's remember that Landry seldom let him carry the ball more than 20 times a game...often he would rush for only 18 carries or so, nothing like today.
