    Kiffin = Epic fail.

Then Jerry gets really ******** and hires Zimmer when Red gets fired.

If grumpy Eatmen is reporting it now, it is probably a done deal.

These are some of the most frustrating times as a fan. We actually have potential on the roster but we can't put 2 & 2 together.

Jerry just needs to fire Jason and start over.

if this is true, it's beyond stupid but that's what I've come to expect now for the better part of fifteen years from Jerry Jones...

I heard Kiffin failed his drug test. :(

Showed up positive for 'stool softeners.'

We have one good defensive lineman on this team for 4-3. Ware.

Now on top of needing at least 3 new OL we need 3 starting DL and depth.

    This organization is ********.

Would love to see Garrett minus 5-6 starters on O like Ryan was on D.

I hope we somehow keep Brian Baker. He does have experience in the 4-3 scheme.

spend all that money and draft assets on elite corners.

bring in a defense that only requires average corner play.

    only the Dallas Cowboys.

Feeling patriotic after 9-11, he tried to enlist at Old Navy.

Costa, Murray, Austin all missed quite a bit of time.

    Dez, Witten were gimpy.

    I could keep going.

This team was absolutely injury-plagued all year.

None of them missed near the time the starters lost on D did except for Costa. Given the fact that Costa is no better than Clay Shiver does it really matter?

Garrett has been gimpy at best as OC since being here.

This move could easily set us back another 5-10 years.

"Monte was one of the finest coaches in any sport, at any level I have ever been around," said Lynch, who had 541 tackles, seven forced fumbles and 23 interceptions in 11 years with the Bucs. "I think what he did was revolutionary on defense in terms of what we did. I think the beauty of it was the simplicity. We didn't try to trick people. He believed in doing a few things and doing them, and learning the intricacies so well that it was kind of a deal where, 'Hereit is. Go ahead and stop it.' You have to great players to do that. I know that. At times that seemed to denigrate the role of the coordinator, but I thought to the contrary. I thought that was brilliance of him."

"He's got something to prove," Lynch said. "The way it ended in the NFL. The way he went out at SC. We were just around him at the reunion [at Tampa], and he seemed like the same ol' Monte. If it does happen, I'm excited. I know this: He'll get the guys more passionate and caring more about what he's doing than anybody."

    I don't like switching back to a 4-3.
