IRVING, Texas -- In 2006, Sean Payton wanted to bring Tony Sparano with him to the New Orleans Saints as offensive coordinator. It's true...Callahan should be let go....not fired necessarily but allowed to interview and go elsewhere. Archer is right in that its just setting up the team for more turbulence and failure. More shenanigans and BS from the ringmaster, Jerry Jones: aka....Al Davis Jr.

I don't understand this whole mess of not believing in a guy but wanting to keep him as part of "team".

How do you trust him to give his 100%?

And all the finger pointing that will start if we are running over 5 yards a play and we end up thowing next 5 plays or something like that and lose the game.
