    Of all the hirings and firings I'd make darn sure to keep Boniol.

    Over the years we have proven to be far better at kicking field goals when he had an actual kicking coach.

    Fire the kicking coach that gave us a consistent kicker this year :rolleyes:

    Even if a ST coach comes in and wants to hire his guy keep him as a consultant.

    It might be they are thinking of hiring Steve Hoffman as STs coach.

    sometimes I think kicking coaches are a great thing
    and sometimes I don't

    Kickers are such a mental mess most of the time; the few that are good year after year you can pretty much count on the fingers of one hand

    I think MOST of the time the kicker is the one that works it out - the coach may help with some technical things but the head is the kickers to figure out

    They are worth every penny you spend.

    my only question would be what more do you want from the coach? what else could he possibly have done to ensure job security?
