Giants signed DT Shaun Rogers, formerly of the Saints.
Beat writer Mike Garafolo had heard the Giants were "nosing around" Albert Haynesworth as well. Expectations for the 33-year-old Rogers should be low after he flamed out in New Orleans last season, playing less than a third of the defensive snaps. He'll provide depth up front in New York, so the Giants can concentrate on other positions in the draft.

I think the Giants are having a nice offseason. Signing and re-signings alike.

it is a team full of **** heads and he fits in, while I would love to have his talent on this team, he is just not the right type of person for this locker room.

They still have Marvin Austin too, who didn't play last year due to injury. They obviously know what their strength is, they just keep feeding the d-line.

Just a depth signing for them. I doubt he'll play much over Linval Joseph and Marvin Austin
