My ticket broker that I use for most events just called me with details for the HOF Game and Enshrinment tickets.

The cheapest he found was 165.00 for endzone seats to the enshrinment and 160.00 for endzone seats to the game. The best seats were at the 40 yard line section mm and they were 350.00 for the enshrinment and 345.00 for the game.

Way to kill the average fan!

    Wow, that really is expensive..

I was considering taking the trip to Canton, but it just so happens to fall on my birthday in which I've already got plans made.

I will be going to see Emmitt though, no question about it.

The enshrinment used to be free until they moved it in to the stadium a few years ago.

It was free and it still should be...I went when Tony Dorsett and Randy White were inducted and it was great.

Charging is one thing but to gouge people like that is ridiculous! Typical NFL.

That price is ridiculous. The average fan will be luck to see the regular season games in a few years the way they are headed. Maybe even on TV?

I think most of the sports are pushing fans away every day and I hope NFL comes to it's senses before they ruin the game.

The HOF would have to pay me to go ... not the other way around.

Same here, we make the trip to cedar point every year. It's only about a 4 hour drive for us.

I don't think she has the whole story. The only tickets the HOF themselves are selling right now are group packages for 50 more people starting out at 250.00 each. In order to get tickets from the HOF you need to sign up for the newsletter ad they will email individuals when they put tickets on sale.

    http://www.profootballhof.com/enshrinement/ticket_policies.jsp

I emailed them to see exactly what they ment and that's what they told me.

She is already on the list because she has been going for several years. All she has to do is renew.

    but wait...aren't those broker prices?

to my knowledge, nothing has even gone on sale yet.

i doubt it's that much money face value. no way a pre-season football game is that expensive face value.

You can find the tickets online at any broker and they are going to be around the same price.

I do group travel to Cowboys games. We are doing the Hall of Fame game. The e-mail we received is that there will be nothing left to sell to individuals except the game itself. They are expecting all tickets to the events will be sold out to groups. It is amazing. That is what happens when you are inducting Dallas Cowboys.
I will give you our website again, but we have very few packages left.
