That is about completely useless. It won't stir heavy stuff like stew or anything like that. How many people stand there and continuously stir broth?
None now :
Is broth cooking big in Japanese cooking? Perhaps this works for the Japanese.

It is a step in the right direction. Today, it might not be able to stir "heavy stuff" but tomorrow, maybe it will.
Companies, I imagine, would drive production costs way down if they could eliminate stirring equipment and save energy.
Pretty neat idea, to me.

If only he invented a self cooking pot. That is a product I could appreciate lol
