Oh yeah, I don't even do trades. It's too much. If I feel real strongly about a trade I'll peg that prospect at the teams current slot. I get hell for a player dropping or a team reaching but I can't even start to break trades down. Besides, too often I would get the player/team right but have them trading with the wrong team and cost myself points.

Oddly enough I heard the same thing, but it isnt because of his pectoral. It was described to me as a "serious" health issue.

Now being told, not by the same person it's been said he may have a degenerative muscle condition.

yeah, good kid, big heart, amazing motor. He really seemed to wear down before the injury then just never got back on track. Took much longer to heal then thought. This very well could explain all that.

To be this close to what has probably been his lifelong dream (NFL) and have something like that crop up has to be a horrible feeling... not to mention what it could mean for the rest of his life.

Just awful. I hope it isn't true.

I give a ****. Take him in a later round and give him a paycheck and a chance to bust some heads. He is a football player. He can set himself up for life in a couple of seasons. Give him a shot.

Problem is, IF the reports are true that it's a degenerative muscle condition it will be a uphill battle for him to say healthy for 16 games not to mention his endurance.

I know Sdogo heard what he heard but I know of at least one team who gave him an almost clean bill of health. Don't know if they missed it, just a difference of opinion or a smokescreen.

meh, my personal opinion Billy Winn > Jared Crick, so if we don't go D-Line in round 1, I think Winn will be there in round 3.

If he has a degenerative muscle condition he'll be out of the league by the time he's 26.
