Former NIU defensive end Joe Windsor will join his former teammate Ken Bishop in Dallas. The 6-foot, 241 pound edge rusher has been a key part of the Huskies defense for the past three seasons. In 2012, his first year as a starter, Windsor recorded seven sacks and 10.5 tackles for loss. This past season he earned third team All-MAC honors after totaling 37 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks.
