    Let's not pretend like we have the personnel for a dominate front four...

    We have a lot of work to do. It's going to require drafting some help and signing some free agents.

    Whether we want to continue relying on Ratliff is a huge question mark.

    We ran the 3-4 for what, 7-8 years? and never quite got all the right personnel to make it work.

    Let's just say I'm not holding my breath for this Tampa 2 conversion to be complete before the end of Obama's second term.

    Each of Dallas' defensive players have all played the 4-3 scheme. No place like home because this 3-4 alignment has always been lacking.

    Seattle plays 4-3 Under with a lot of man coverage. I'll take it. Means drafting at least 2 DL tho, I think.

    We have a lot of work to do even if we stuck with a 3-4. If a game had to be played tommorrow, Sean Lissemore would be playing 60 snaps at nosetackle and Marcus Spears is still trying to find a way to play through degenerative knees.
