Alrighty boys...as "The palymaker" would say..."REPORT IT JUST A HARD!!!"

Jay Marriotti arrested for domestic violence...let's see what espn does now...I know what they would do if YOU WORE A STAR JAY...and YOU would probably be spearheading the charge...

    Karma is a pain ain't it brother?!?!?!? :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:

(Though I smile I feel bad for any woman that is hit by a man...how pathetic..of course I guess Jay Boy is innocent until proven guilty.)

Maybe he'll share a cell with Jeremy Green.

Does anyone have the translation of what he said? I don't get it. Jay Marrioti was arrested for hitting a woman, and if this were a Cowboy, it would be bigger news?

i think what the poster is referring to is what the playmaker aka michael irvin said back in the day "with the same intensity" shouting at the media in the clubhouse all pimped out in his fur coat! .. the best ever . i would love to see a clip of that if someone has it..

as for this situation espn will do and say nothing just fire him from around the horn and pretend along with the rest of the cast that he was never on in the
first place .. like he never existed . like they do whenever something like this happens to THEM...

I've been wondering what happened to Jeremy Green. He was entertaining in a "gotta look at a car crash" kinda way on his ESPN podcast.

I don't know the story with him, does someone care to enlighten me?

On July 8, 2010, Green was arrested for possession of child pornography, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in custody on $750,000 cash bail.[4][5] Following his arrest, an ESPN spokesman said Green was no longer employed by ESPN.[1] On July 20, 2010, Green pleaded not guilty to the charges

What I want to see is what Woody Paige has on his chalk board behind him on Around the Horn next episode. He goes after Marriotti a lot.

My favorite chalk board line from Woody has been "Ask me about my vow of silence."

That is actually pretty amazing. His length of service at ESPN would lead me to believe that practically anyone who follows sports has at least heard of the guy.

Sounds bigger than domestic violence...they arrested him for an unspecified felony.

    I hope he gets buried.

He's always the first to talk down and chastise about other people's mishaps and any problems with behavior.

Everyone is human, but when you act like you're better than people and talk down to them on national TV, I think you deserve the same when it happens to you.

...In a way I guess thats hypocritical, but whatever.

I have about a handful of friends that work in the sports media in some capacity. When it comes to all time jerks in the sports media that even the other sports media people just don't like, Mariotti and Lupica top the list by far.

Funny how ESPN employs both of these ******bags.
