Now Wilboun is my man but this statement was just ******** on PTI Today. Is he trying to say every player on the cowboys team has issues? He is going to bring in the entire Cowboys franchise into the Sam Hurd discussion because he used to play for Dallas?

That may have been the dumbest comment Wilboun ever made since I been watching this show.

Relax. The biggest stories in Chicago lately have revolved around Hurd and Marion Barber. They've also got Roy Williams. I'd feel the same way right now if I were a Bears fan.

You do have to admit the Bears struck out in heir attempt at FA with all three ex-Cowboys. Different reasons, though.

Hurd sucks and turns out he is also a drug dealer.
Barber is a walking brain fart who sucks as a RB.
Roy Williams sucks as a WR.

Based on that track record, would you be chomping at the bit for any more ex-Cowboys?

All the Bears Front office needed to do was come to this site and ask our opinions of the above three. That would have definitely saved them a lot of heartache and buyer's remorse.:)

He was basing that comment on the recent drug charges of Sam Hurd. And Barber and Williams were CUT so the expectations shouldn't have been too high to begin with

Look, it's an off-the-cuff jokey comment - he's basing it on Hurd, but certainly he's alluding to Barber.

He's a Bears fan - he just watched his team get Tebowed on the dumbest play of Marion Barber's career and now Sam Hurd's going to the slammer.

    Wilbon's pride must be hurtin'.

Wilbon is just butt-hurt that it's his beloved Bears and not the Cowboys stinking of scandal...

He has always freely admitted he grew up a fan of the Chicago area sports teams, in particular the Bears...
