You can only sign 4 FA and 1 has to be from the current roster. Let's be reasonable so guys like Ngata who will be franchised are out.

    Resign - Bowen

    Sign - NA - CB - Oakland
    Huff - S - Oakland
    Clabo - T - Atlanta

    Draft:

Trade down to 17 and pick up 33rd pick.

17 - Wisnewski (G/C) Penn State - I think he flies up the board before the draft just like Pouncy last year.

33 - Rahim Moore - FS - UCLA (he and Huff solve our safety problems)

41 - Phil Taylor - NT - Baylor (teams with Brent and allows Ratliff to move to DE)

    3rd - Marcus Cannon - G - TCU (replaces Davis in 2012)

4th - Hemlich (sp) - LB - Boston College ( provides a quality ILB depth)

    starting Oline - Free/Gurode/Wisneski/Davis/Clabo

    Secondary - NA/Jenkins/Scandrick/Ball/AOA/Huff/Moore/Church

    Dline - Igor/Brent/Bowen/Ratliff/Taylor

If you have Huff why do you have us mocking Moore? Two FS that are absymal on the strong side?

Id be shocked if we can afford those 3 FA's. And thats just not a great draft value wise

My favorite mock so far that wasn't mine. I don't think we stand a chance of getting NA though.

Personally, I'm looking at Carl Nicks. Younger(25), Cheaper and just as productive as Logan Mankins. Saints have to find a way to sign Bushrod and Nicks and it's probably not going to happen. If they are smart they lock up the franchise LT.

He played RT for the Falcons and if I recall theyve had a good line for a while now.

I payed special attention to him for the last few games and he looks real solid. Soon to be 30, I would make a strong commitment to him

Really? Not according to his profile page.

    http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/ClabTy20.htm

That looks to me like 59 consecutive games as a RT.

Also, why does it have to be that we are high on him? Couldn't it just be that we see him as a viable option at a reasonable price? I mean there's already so many pipe dreams about signing every expensive FA out there. Maybe this is just trying to see a rational option.

I like Nnamdi Asomugha, but I'm just not into signing a 30+ year old CB to a fat long term contract....

Yes lets not sign one of the best corners in the league because he is 30+, not like anyone over 30 has not performed at the position... Woodson

One of my favorite mocks I've seen.

If we went into next season with a secondary of Nnamdi, Jenkins, Huff, and Rahim Moore I will put up a Jerry Jones picture in my house.

well I put in his name an it said OG - oh well

Tyson Clabo is a pretty decent right tackle, but a Pro Bowl appearance may inflate his market value.

    I really like

    Marshal Yanda, OT/G, Ravens. Age: 26. [IMG][IMG][IMG]
Marshal Yanda had a pretty good season, surrendering only four sacks. He's capable of playing both right tackle and guard effectively, so that versatility should help him this offseason
