    :laugh2:

I am sorry ...... that is just funny to me.

It looked like he was ready to kiss his hand.

This is not a shot at Obama ...... he looks embarrassed.

Just a shot at the media love machine for him.

right after Obama pats him on the back and walks away, that final bow to nobody by Williams, you can kind of see his eyes search

I know he's not looking at his butt, it's pretty close though, almost looks like he's checking him out

You really should leave the jokes to comedians.

Or at least people that are funnier.

Which is pretty much everyone else on this board.

That was not a nod, It was a nob bowing down to his king

Hmm...a "stiff bow" might require someone bending at the waist, no?

    Start of nod:

    Low point of nod:

His back barely even moves. He tilts his head downward. That's called a "nod," which is common when shaking someone's head goodbye.

I don't know of a nod that moves your upper body forward

    that's a bow, son

the reason it's called a stiff bow is because it's quick, unlike a formal bow, and your body remains rigid, so there isn't that much bending over

stand up and assume the position that Brian Williams has in the 2nd shot, your waist is bent in some degree

So when you nob your head your upper body nods with it? Come on it is what it is.

Yes, most often, people do move there upper body ever so slightly when they nod.

However, when you bow, you bend at the waist.

    That was a Great piece.

You saw things never seen (inside the White House and Out) by the public before.

    Always love things like that.

Please a total stiff may bend his body when nodding. Give me a break it is easy to see what Williams did spin it any way you want but it is quite obvious When you nod your head and neck move not your upper body to that extent. I have seen many who bow before royalty and no they are not bending at the waist they are doing just as Williams is doing in this clip.
