Thank goodness. Wether they say it or not this incident was looked at as part of the cumulative "conduct detrimental" crap. They kept his original investigation open long enough to be swayed by his offseason occurrences. So yeah Im sure they didnt disregard this happening and erase it from thier brains altogether. Zeke made himself a bigger target than he already was.
What bothers me is that they say it's "closed", but can be reopened if "new" evidence is found to warrant it. Then it's not really "closed", is it? Sounds like double jeopardy runs rampant in today's NFL!
Best guess is that this wasn't a DV case right after they took a major PR black eye by bungling a DV case.
Thank goodness, now he just needs to stay out of trouble for a decade and we'll be good.
