    Boom franchise tag!

Like it or not he's here for at least 2 more seasons if he wants to test the FA marked it will be as a 35 year old, good luck with that

It was the same thing last year with Cam.... Hopefully RGIII will have similarly results in year two that Cam is having this year.

He is 32 and getting beat up every game... By the time the offensive & defensive lines + safeties are rebuilt, he will be way past his prime. Time to dump or trade all players over 30 and just start the rebuild process. Should take about 3 years and maybe then we could compete with better teams. Until then just let Orton guide the ship.

Just go ahead admit that you hate RGIII and get it over with. We get it, you love you some Romo and hate when any other QB gets more attention than him.

Simple easy solution is we should just Draft the next great QB. Always works.

I figured you would like that. I mean, Romo is just as good as Aikman was, hes just always had a crap team around him.

So you think a QB should be praised for INTs? What universe do you live in?

No, I don't think its a good move for the long term of the team. I think Romo's shelf life is unfortunately only a few more years..

Why would we do that when our QB is top 5 in the whole league?

That's why I'm not worried about him leaving. He's either going to play here or retire.

I heart Romo. I only wish he had the coach he deserves and the supporting case. I hope someday he does before he retires. This is my number one reason why Garrett should get the axe. He's wasting Romo's time--and ours.

I believe a new contract is a fait accompli.

BTW, he wants Garrett back too.

The only question is number of years. I'm betting a 5 year deal.

And the he'll be too old crowd, theres a guy in Denver doing a pretty good job this year, while coming off a broken neck to boot.

The guy in Denver who traded for that guy in Denver was once the guy in Denver who late in his career took them there. It isn't impossible. Brett Favre nearly pulled it off for the Vikings at 40.

I give Shanny a lot of credit. He has designed that offense to fit RGIII strengths. I am not sure it is Gimmick but just like Vick, those hits will shorten his career.

He is a good QB, but the NFL will figure him out just like they have done with Cam Newton who put up unreal numbers his first year as well.

I just think that their offense right now with the short passing game and the multiple attack running game is a bad fit for our missing Lee and Carter

I was always a big supporter of tony and this year for a couple games I honestly thought it was time to move on. The giants and bears game. But as always he sucks you right back in and makes you love him and want him to wear that star on his helmet until we get that ring.
