Pearce Jr's character concerns ( danger of getting dropped off one team's board)

So far all are saying the same thing but no one seems to know WHAT the concerns are.

I have the same attitude towards these as always. If there's nothing concrete to back it up and it's just "whispers", I give players the benefit of the doubt.
 
I would rather wait and see ...........that's pretty serious for one insider to consider taking him off their board. Not dropping but taking him off.......
 
Just to add on: RB Quinshon Judkins was said to have some character issues of the Diva variety resulting in him transferring out of Ole Miss.

I don’t think that would have any actual influence on other teams. Teams have there own people to investigate these things.

Jalen Carter didnt drop much. He went top 10. And his issues were well known and not media leaks

Yeah, I was being sarcastic about Howie. But the Eagles got lucky with Carter dropping into their laps at 9. He wouldn't have fallen with the off field "issues"

It was definitely a risk. What it comes down to is how good the organization is at digging and analyzing what they find. It's a measured decision, and that's only going to be as good as the information you can dig.

Look at Randy Gregory. There was alot of smoke (pun intended) that we were actually considering him in the first that year. When he was there in the 2nd we pounced. That tells me we didn't have good enough people looking into him and analyzing his before to tell if is weed habit would be a problem. Considering that he was a potential 15 sack guy, and evey team passed on him we may have been to only team that didnt see it

I have no idea, but I'm sure we will know more before the draft if it's legit. But a team threatened to take him off their board, seems pretty serious
