WHAT IS THIS BALLET CRAP????????????
You mean Jerry Jones wants more bars at VR? Go figure.
These guys need to get into pilates and yoga in the off-season too.
A lot of them already do.
Alot of the old veterans did... Not sure about some of the new guys on the team.
Expect to see a more svelte Aaron Rodgers when the Green Bay Packers open the 2014 season.
The star quarterback told ESPN's Bob Holtzman at Packers OTAs on Thursday that he dropped 11 pounds in the offseason. Rodgers is attempting to gain more flexibility following a season in which he missed seven games with a broken collarbone.
In addition to the weight loss, Rodgers added more yoga to his offseason routine.
"A lot of flexibility's helping with those injuries as you get older," said Rodgers, who turned 30 in December.
Hopefully, they brought in this guy for pointers.......
The Eagles have had the best luck in the NFL with their lack of injuries. The C'boys would probably be well advised to emulate what they've been doing that has been so successful. It's a copycat league -- no harm in being humble enough to copy an opponent -- even though it may have to be such a hated one. Besides, their system is reputedly top-notch in most modernized methods. Anything to give relief to the long suffering roster at VR.
You have to have the mirrors.
Where are the mirrors?
If nothing else, the guys that don't want to do this will perhaps better prepare themselves and stretch more before the coaches MAKE them do it.
They lost Maclin last year before the season started, had their starting QB get hurt in Vick and then had their backup play hurt for a few weeks. Lost their starting safety for a decent amount of time, and had another WR miss a ton of time.
Wasn't but a year or two ago when Jason Peters missed the entire season.
Even some of the players are now admitting they screwed up on this part of the CBA- they put a lot into that area and the owners worked them in others big time. Now the Players are really just beginning to figure out how badly they got worked on this CBA. Smith and company are pretty much persona non grata to a lot of current players now.
I am all for this. They are great for stretching. Whatever works!
Am I missing the Matt Johnson hamstring injury? I read it but haven't seen it on here.
Matt Johnson tweaked his hamstring at the end of last week’s OTAs. He was held out of Monday’s practice for precautionary reasons.
However does not change the fact that any and everything the trainers and coaching staff can do to lessen these injuries are very much welcomed. There is no magic cure to prevent all the injury but if this team can reduce them and the severity of them then it bodes well for the team
They were definitely the healthiest team in the playoffs last year. Also, they didn't have a single player on injured reserve for the entire season last year. That's rare. Compared to most teams, they were actually pretty doggone fortunate.
Welcome to ignore. Stop trolling.
