Don't tell me you brought this guy Farvre. I mean, he is fair game, but its just not satisfying to beatup on someone who doesn't know which way is up...

If this is what the advance forces for the Bears are like, by Thanksgiving the board will be too dumbed down to carve the turkey.

Yeah, thats why the cowboys have had more yards passing, fewer sacks allowed, got more sacks, and has a higher offensive and defensive ranking.

I know turkey is the traditional main course for Thanksgiving, but this year our family will serving bear meat on T-Day.

I'll have to ask my Packer friends what bear meat tastes like, they have had it for years. They took a liking to it.

    Bet it tastes like chicken.

Here's a recipe that we all can use for our Thanksgiving bear

    Bear Chops

    Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation Method
    6 md Bear Chops
    1 ea Clove Garlic, Halved
    2 tb Bacon Fat
    1 lg Onion, Chopped
4 lg Carrots, Diced And Cooked
    4 tb Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    4 tb Chili Sauce
    1/2 c Dry Wine
    Salt And Pepper To Taste

Rub the chops with the halved clove of garlic. Melt the bacon fat in
a skillet and sear the chops on both sides. Place the chops in a
lightly grease baking dish. Saute the onions and carrots in the
skillet until the onions are transparent but not browned. Mix in the
flour, chili sauce and wine. Cook until thickened. On top of each
chop, place an equal amount of the carrot mixture. Pour 1 cup of
water into the baking dish; cover with foil and bake at 375 Degrees
    F. for 60 to 70 minutes or until tender.
