I'm considering getting a Slingbox to watch DISH sat tv (from home obviuosly) at the office.

Can anyone tell me what your experiences are with it? Pros, cons, limitations, etc.

    Tanks.

I have one and use it for my Motorola Q, it was a good purchase and i use it daily. Sometimes its a tiny bit buggy (skips) but for the most part its great to watch regular TV and pretty much control your home remote on the go.

Nope, don't have one, I use VLC to stream movies/TV/music. I also had a WAP lying around so I used it to broadcast over the yard/to a couple neighbors.

I won't open it up for use over the internets, I don't have that much bandwidth.
