The Redskins donated $15,000 to the Hyattsville Hawks Pop Warner football team yesterday to enable them to attend the national championships in Florida. Owner Daniel Snyder donated the check at Redskins Park before yesterday's practice, and for most of the players this will be their first time outside this area. The team has not lost a game in three years and was unable to raise the necessary funds to attend the event. "We hope some of their success rubs off on us," Snyder said.

Ok even if 15,000.00 is petty cash for Snyder its still a good deed. I thought it was pretty funny though.

Heres whar Skins fans are saying.

He meets the highth requirements. If he shaves and keeps his head down he could play! :)

Interpreting that for you folks (being fluent in Mad Midget-speak), Danny Boy is thinking seriously of moving the Skins to the Pop Warner league next year...

Nice move on his part, even Snyder can't be wrong all the time.
