Los Cinco Puntos is a truly wonderful place; all the meats are spectacular and, as the article says, homemade tortillas are the only way to go. Haven't had the sheeps-head, but everything I have had is great.

Still can't wrap my head around the idea of a taco on a flour tortilla, though I've had them in Texas.

    Damn that sounds good.

El Taco Tote is the Tucson joint I like best. Ask Wittenacious, he knows this place.

There's another one called Sir Veza's that has all kinds of different tacos. The best thing about that place are the pretty college girl waitresses. My goodness.

    They are amazing.

For those who don't know, Mia's was the place that supposedly served Tom Landry's favorite Mexican food. And it's the place where Jerry and Jimmy were spotted together the day before Jerry announced he'd purchased the team. For those of us who are out of town who come in just to see a game at the Mother Ship, it's a must. Eat too much, drink too many margaritas, and then go find some Skins fans to heckle.

After an unfortunate Mexican food experience I made a rule that I will not eat any Mexican food east of Texas and north of Arizona.

I've been to TacoDeli in Austin, and YES, it's freaking fantastic!
However, it's freaking ******** that 2 tacos cost me $9.

Guajillos is a major PITA to get to, but damn worth it.

Had some at Into the Glass last night with the better half and they were damn good. Under the "Bigger Food" heading.

Rynie, you might want to avoid it. You only get three of them.

I can honestly say that I've never ordered the tacos there, but Dos Caminos (in NY and other states) has EXCELLENT food. I'm sure their tacos are awesome.
