Kinlaw and Reed could be excellent additons in FA. Not to be too critical since they haven't even had the scouting combine yet but Ayomanor might need some time develop.

Let Parsons play out his contract and try to Franchise Tag him next year
This is a non-starter
Parsons played the last snap on his rookie deal. He was clear that he didn't mind waiting until 2025 coz Jerry had to get Dak and Lamb's deals done. Jerry will have 3 options; give him a new deal, trade him or watch the issues become a major distraction by forcing him to play with 5th-year option money. He's already thrown the first dart by challenging them to be more aggressive in free agency. That alone shows the confidence he has in getting his contract......either from Jerry or another team. I'm sorry, but if you can't see Parsons's contract nego will be apple and oranges compared to Dak and Lamb.......

watch the issues become a major distraction by forcing him to play with 5th-year option money.
This might be why Jerry doesn't pay him right away. A major distraction, in most cases, is what Jerry wants. Publicity and attention will win the day.

Players always have to much power in negotiations. They're under contract and make Millions of dollars and then act like ungrateful turds. They shouldn't be able to hold out. All of them are rich already. Just play out your contracts without breaking your contract or what's the point of signing one to begin with.
