    VH1 Football Wives

The ladies hit a recent gala together. From left to right in above pic: Chanita Foster (married to George Foster, tackle, UFL); Brittany Pigrenet (girlfriend of David Buehler, kicker, Dallas Cowboys); Dawn Neufeld (married to Ryan Neufeld, tight end, UFL); Melani Ismail (married to Rocket Ismail, receiver, retired); Erin McBriar (married to Mat McBriar, punter, Dallas Cowboys).

The other 3 cast members Pilar Sanders (married to Deion Sanders, all-pro cornerback, retired), Amanda Davis (married to Leonard Davis, guard, Dallas Cowboys), and Mercedes Nelson (ex-girlfriend of "a star Cowboys player") weren't pictured.

Set in the cradle of American football, Dallas, this series goes inside the real-life locker room of the spouses of some of the biggest footballers in the game. Many of these ladies live the life. They drive the best cars, live in the biggest mansions, wear designer clothes and jewelry, and travel first class. But living the high life is not all glamour and is frequently fleeting. Football players are often injured so their partners are forced to not only play wife, but also be a mother or nurse to their man. The careers of these modern-day gladiators span only a few years on average and their life-expectancy is alarmingly low. There is often a fine line between the stars who collect big contracts and the journeymen who fight to stay in the league, sometimes struggling to pay their bills. And unlike basketball players, football stars travel less for games and are more often home with their families. What price will they pay for enduring the equivalent of multiple head-on collisions on any given Sunday?

A little research on google indicates Mercedes is the ex of Marion Barber

Well, to be fair... he is also the leading tackler on special team. And an Internet legend. Didn't you know that Superman wears David Beuhler pajamas?

Not sure if this is a repost..

Maybe the fortunes of the Dallas Cowboys’ season will be turned around by the time this show hits the air. Otherwise, you can expect to see some tense moments in the behind-the-scenes lives of some involved in “Football Wives,” a reality show that will debut on VH1 beginning next month. The show is based around women who are mostly connected with the Cowboys. Included in the show, according to various reports, are Amanda Davis, the wife of guard Leonard Davis, Eric McBriar, wife of punter Mat McBriar, Brittany Pigrenet, girlfriend of kicker David Buehler, and Mercedes Nelson, an ex-girlfriend of running back Marion Barber. Also featured will be Deion Sanders’ wife Pilar Sanders, Chanita Foster, wife of UFL veteran George Foster, Melani Ismail, wife of former Cowboy Rocket Ismail, and Dawn Neufeld, who is married to UFL veteran Ryan Neufeld. “Football Wives” will debut on Oct. 24. By then, the Cowboys will be back in the race of the nfc east.

There are a lot of things we don't need. Simple solution is don't watch. I won't, but others will. No big deal.

So Amanda Davis is BIGG's wife? I had no idea there was already a thread about this. I saw it on a friend's Facebook page.

The other girl is Marion Barber's girlfriend.

Only one of these women is not in some way associated with the Cowboys.

The Basketball Wives show was horrible. Most of them were unhappy because their hubbys were cheaters. Then, they would run into women at a party and end up in a fight. :laugh2: I'm gonna watch this one! It's gotta be better than the basketball show.

Great, another distraction. I hate reality TV.

That girl right above and slightly to the left of the guy looks like a goblin.
