Vick did not pass evaluation examine on Wednesday so Foles starts again

    because the season is over and they need to see what they have in Foles since the organization is in evaluation mode

    Silly to think this is anything other than Vick actually having post-concussion syndrome.

    One real red flag for me when he got hurt was that he got driven to the turf by Ratliff then he took another hit in the head a few plays later when Sims pushed him to the ground. He likely was concussed by the Ratliff blow. A second blow, even a small one after the initial concussion can make for a far more serious injury.

    What we see with Vick is a prime example of why the league wants guys who get concussed out of the game immediately and not allowed to come back until symptoms clear.

    The story came out today that Vick wants to play and that the eagles are coming out with the examination story because they want Foles to start
