I know I did a lot of these fun threads last year but this season with work and the Cowboys not on regular TV I've really skipped out. Last season, both times vs the Eagles, I made Chicken on my Weber kettle and we lost. This year I'm taking no chances, I'm making both Beef and Pork. The beef is a shoulder roast that I've seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning and stuffed with garlic. The pork is pork loin, bone in, rib end roast. I also stuffed with garlic and hit it with Montreal steak seasoning. I'll also cover it with bacon and Rosemary. The best part is both cost less then $15 bucks. I've done my part. Now it's up to the Cowboys to do theirs.
