I made the thread, friend. Check it out.
I must be losing it, this was meant for the least favorite thread. Thats what happens when you post from the phone.
Mr. Cowboy, and The Man with the Hat.
The Pkaymaker!! No one else is close.
Honorable mention: Dat Nguyen, Roy Williams #31
Irvin hands down.... Dez is starting to be that player who will become my favorite all time player
Dat? Barf.. Lol... He was a crappy LBr and a prick in person. Nobody was happier then me when we finally got rid of that shrimp weak *** LBr... But hey whatever floats your boat
Randy White, Too Tall Jones, Charlie Waters, Dorsett, and Staubach....Those guys I remember the most from my childhood. In the modern era, it's Aikman and a distant 2. Loved his competitiveness and his command of our team. Honorable mention would include Roy Williams, Marion Barber, and Witten.
Wow. What makes you say he was a "prick in person"? Every other account I've ever heard said that he was a great guy and a model teammate.
You're already way, WAY off by calling him a "crappy LB".
To answer the thread: tie between Troy/Emmitt.
Landry is my icon.
They created a spot for him in the pro bowl..............William Fredrick Bates.
Randy White - the real beast!!! Manster
Tom Landry. I wish I had met him. Roger Staubach will always be my first hero. I still hope to meet him.
I'd like to know where you heard Dat was a prick. From what I remember it was the opposite. I met him at a Bill Bates/Emmitt Smith football camp when I was a teen. Nice guy. Crappy linebacker? Well for being a shrimp, he played balls to the wall all the time, and because of his size and the effort he played with, made him one of my favorite players. They OP didn't ask for the best Cowboy whoever played.
I know his cousin and he is a complete prick. We were so stuck in talentless teams that it appeared he was a "good" LBr. Hot garbage
