Why is it so hard to understand money comes first?

    If they are serious about wanting to sacrifice to win the Lombardi year in and year out to afford those free agents from other teams who are more greedy, yes. Its taking a sacrifice to help the team.

    Its up to the coach to instill these types of values into the players. Its his job to program a philosophy of TEAM and WIN. No excuses.

    So 46 players should take a pay cut to win a championship then go into a off season and have the organization sign a big name free agent to a muilti million dollar deal to join this same super bowl winning team?

    Yes, then convince that free agent after a year in the program to take the paycut for the benefit of the rest of the organization.

    Not hard to understand that it is a business first. I find it funny that fans get butt hurt and pissed off when a player leaves for more money.
