and your choices are Tom Brady or Tomlinson, who would it be?
Totally depends on what your other players are.......and what your needs are.
Most likely Tomlinson.
Salary cap league...anyone can have any player as long as they fit under their cap...but this year we start it off by being able to have one player that noone else can have.
Tomlinson will win games on his own.
BTW- Salary Capped leagues are not that good. A lot of players are over-priced.
Doesn't matter to me. I don't spend a whole lot of time on it....gosh dern reality gets in my way alot.
I'd probably go with Tomlinson....I have a sneaking suspicion that NE is going to run the ball a little more this year. Their schedule is not only weak, but it is especially weak when it comes to teams defending the run......it's a tough call though, admittedly. Good luck.
Well it's unaminous...I went LT. Have always felt, no matter the league type, if you could get a RB of his caliber you're ahead of the game...no need to change that thinking now.
Well, I had LT last year, and he was hit or miss all season and I barely limped into the playoffs. The guy that had Brady went 10-2...and nearly all of it was due to Brady. Brady had far more total fantasy points, but floundered in the last few weeks while LT began to pick it up. Luckily for me, LT started ballin at the right time, and I ended up winning that league, while the guy that had Brady was my first victim in the playoffs.
It's a tough call, as Brady had more overall points, but LT was pretty clutch in the playoffs...but I'd take...Brady.
Either way, you're stoked with either.
He's in a salary cap league though so I assume there is a $ difference.
Ahhh....didn't catch that. I've actually never played in one of those. Might have to give that a shot next season.
