Some things never change. We would dip into the ole' MD20/20 in our youth. Still makes my stomach turn thinking about it.

That's how it's spelled. It didn't look right when I posted lol. You know your booz Slamm. Grape was my favorite. Thinking about drinking that stuff now.

With us, it was between my friends home made Italian wine that he would steal from his dads wine cellar and Mateuse, I also had a friend whose drink of choice was Tango, which was basically a pre-mixed screwdriver in a bottle lol, I still don't know how we survived the 70's

Lol. I recall a friend of mine and myself drinking half bottle Southern Comfort. Long story short, I've never touched that stuff again since.
