With all that fire power we have (I'm team 40 burger) our front 7 just needs to pin their ears back and go get the QB. Teams will be in clear passing downs by halftime

At any rate he is at least 4th or 5th on the DT importance list, depending on how one views Crawford.

Until then. The RDE spot is still a major question mark. We are relying on Two guys with substance use issues. And while I don’t hold it against them as human beings. From a football standpoint. It’s concerning.

In truth, our pass rush is significantly weaker.

The interesting thing will be the final roster cuts of the defensive line for Woods just very well may get Trystin Hill booted off the roster either in a trade or roster release.

At the DT position you have the likes of free agent signings McCoy and Poe making the team, rookie draft pick Gallimore likely to make the team, and Woods and Hill battling it out for the likely 4th and final DT roster spot.

Also take into account that DE Crawford has experience as a DT and likely to make the team as a swing DE/DT then that puts even more pressure on Hill to make the team.


Given Dallas is likely to run a 4-3 and 3-4 interchanging hybrid that makes Hill even more expendable.

We have two aging veteran bandaids starting inside to go along with no weak side rusher and the supposed leader mailing in last season. Behind them is a guy with a spine issue that could end his career at anytime, a gimp who can't change directions and a vet on his last legs who could never stay healthy in the first place.

I'm not feeling real nasty. Unless you mean it in a different way.

that’s absolutely an upgrade imo.
