The problem with the argument Dallas should have signed Dak last year is the reports that once Dak had a great start to the season his agent moved the goalposts and asked for one of the top salaries in the NFL. We don't really know, but if that is true Dallas played it right in waiting.

He ran the second most routes amongst RBs in the league last year on a top 3 offense. What'd that result in? Only the 9th most receptions, and the 11th most yards.

Below-average was being nice.

54 reception last year 77 the year before & expect that number to get over 50+ this year again with Mm at the helm. Hell we hardly saw any designed, screens to give him the ball in space like the year before. MM has never had a back like Zeke. He’s a all around back, just sad how people don’t appreciate the guy, of course he asked for more $ the life span of a RB is short & we were running him to the ground, look at Demarco Murray situation they knew they weren’t bringing him back so they ran him to the ground, Zeke saw that and made sure he took care of himself before they did the same thing.

Lol you played yourself.

For reference Dalton had 21 dropped INTs in 13 games.

16 is way below average even with the 2nd most yards in the league. Way to prove our point LMAO :laugh:

You look so bad.
There you go with your WOAT takes as usual

Is Dalton asking to be paid over $35m a season?

Did Dalton have the same amount of weapons as Dak did last season?

Please embarrass yourself, further

Zeke and Jaylon should not have been paid

Dak is a good not great QB with a bad record against winning teams (you know, the ones you have to beat consistently in the playoffs) so he should not be paid like a top 5 QB

both these things are true

I never said stats meant nothing

Stats without context mean nothing.
Oh, Ok, I think I understand now. So... Stats which aren't conducive to your argument are considered stats without context. However... If the stats support your argument, then that gives them context.

Dak had the 9th-11th most adjusted INTs in the league. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stat-analysis/2020/adjusted-interceptions-2019

Reminder that Dak played all 16 games. He tied with Watson who is also looking at a $35M deal. Hey LilWillie, Hopkins must suck, right?

Wentz was one behind him and DID get paid big bucks last offseason. Wentz got knocked out of two games early and has the best offensive line in the league.

Goff had more than Dak last season, did he get paid last offseason too? OH YEAH HE DID! Wow. His receiving options? Woods, Kupp, Cooks, Higbee.

Lol you should go into hiding now @WillieBeamen

Oh Well, I tried. It's just so confusing which stats are allowed and which stats aren't. I guess you're the gatekeeper for all things stat related.
How about YOU explain how Dak’s stats lead YOU to believe he is as good as you think he is.

Ive stated my case (numerous times) as to why his numbers this past season dont fool me. Why dont you post your case for him being worthy of $35m+
