Bad penalty by Schultz, but not all his fault. Timing was WAY off on that screen because Zeke got held. No way to know. That's a timing block.

He did what he was supposed to do. I think you’re right. Play is designed for the ball to have been thrown before he gets to that player to block. Timing was slow.
