What are you talking about? This way is better because at lest we know what we need to do with time on the clock. Of course, it’s missing the conversion that is the real issue.

If you get the stop and score in the final minute the game comes down to the last few plays. So you only need your defense to get the ball back for you once. This way they would’ve had to get the defense to get 2 stops.

Obviously if you don’t get the conversion in the final seconds you understand that but you at least give yourself a chance to win for all 60 minutes and not end the game at the 55 minute mark like they did.

Wrong. You take the seven there and worry about the eight later. You put yourself in position to win at the end. Not in a position to potentially have almost no shot to win. It was overly aggressive and ignorant hero coaching. It was a terrible call.

You can’t turn back the clock now that we missed the first one and get a second chance on the second score. That ridiculous.
