They need to STOP passing to zeke. He never runs effective routes. He didn't shake his man on one throw and the next he had ALLLLLLLLL that open space and he runs outward and drops the ball with no one on him. His routes are trash. We need to use pollard for most if not all passing plays out of the backfield.

He let mccarthy bring in his own staff. Something jerry has not done in the past. And I'm guessing he will be hesitant to do it again based off the coaching we have had across the board for the first three games.
