Seahawks have been rolling up on guys ankles for years. Watch the 2018 playoff game. And im not excusing Hill's dirty play at all. Its dirty and there should be no place for this type of play in the league....

and remember the dirty shot on Sean Lee in 2012...blind side wallop...NFL will get revenge

the Gator roll is dirty play...Trysten Hill did that and head shot on Wilson...we teach our guys the good ol cowboy way

The Gator roll was bad because he only had one leg. Otherwise its nothing.

The head shot on Wilson was not that bad. I have seen a lot worse not get called. Hill had his hands up to block the pass and ran into Wilson. It deserved a flag but I don't think he was trying to head butt Wilson. It was more stupid than dirty.

I'm very torn on this. Watching live I thought it was very dirty, the replay on fox seemed pretty innocent and I think his momentum just carried him through the roll. Thay angle on Twitter going around doesn't look very good though.

Has trystan said anything about it via media or social media?

yet they teach it, we tried it one year and it's a terrible way to tackle

Amazing to me how you guys "see" things. I love the Cowboys too but if something is wrong, say it's wrong.

Nowhere do they teach you to grab the ankle and gator roll. You drive your eyes through their thighs to see your target, wrap up with violent or sudden hands, and turn the whole player as you roll. You don't gator roll body parts.

What a joke. The tackler keeps placing his head on the wrong side of his opponent as he's tackling him.

yes. it's near shoulder to near hip, the idea is to take the head out of the tackle to lessen concussions
