I would be all for it, but I just don't think the issues with the D is that much of a talent thing. Right now it's about scheme, discipline, and heart.
Rod is no genius, but he had Ds with less talent never roll up and die like we saw today.

if you watched the game it wa smore on LBS they used a lot of motion pitches end arounds etc etc not alot up the middle so the DL would be hard to blame for al this..maybe a S and LB

some are having wishful thinking pipe dreams hoping a 32 yr old, 330 lb guy ...(and a reason why he is available now on the street) ..can just jump up off the couch and immediately be a instant factor without needing any conditioning weeks to get in any kind of decent shape ..

Poe played for Carolina last year and they couldn't stop the run. It's no surprise he's not getting it done here either.

As for Snacks Harrison, he had a terrible year for the Lions last year and at this point I would imagine his conditioning is awful (he's a large guy and hasn't been in anybody's camp).

This defense needs almost a complete overhaul. Harrison wouldn't change a thing in my opinion.
