there is no accountibility with this entire franchise because the gm has none since he is also the owner. this team needs a coach who has a real vision and the power to shape every thing their own way. like the panthers did with matt rhule. i think a little fear that u could lose ur job is a good thing...and jerry the gm has none.

jerry thinks he is the smartest person in every room and has to be the most hand on owner in sports. the problem is that he is not that smart and there is no one who can check him. stephen might but is that even a good thing???

i just dont see how any thing will get better as long as jerry is in charge.

The Cowboys should sign Percy Harvin. He is our "savor."

Nope nothing changes with Jerrah and sons. Only person who is really doing a good job is Eugina, she decked that stadium up so we can enjoy the art work after a loss and feel better.

He is a man who made a good chunk of his fortune from being lucky. Luck on its own doesn't get it done in the NFL. Jones is a one step forward, two steps backward type of executive. Can't win with him at the helm. He neither understands nor respects the amount of work that goes into having a successful football team. Great brand, crappy product.

If Jerry dies we're stuck and screwed with Stephen. Maybe it changes when Charlotte takes over:facepalm: Who the hell knows?

People blame Dak, Romo, Garrett, Philips etc but the one constant through it all is Jerry.
And there in lies the biggest problem.
One that won’t go away!

We’re all hoping Jerruh has one more lucky stint in him. Just one during the Dak era....

He is in way over his head and has been forever.

Guys like Romo and Prescott have delayed the inevitable.

That bill is now due.

Another bill I wouldnt mind coming due is when he sold his soul for SB 30. Come and collect already.

I dont want to wish that on anyone but this clown will never go away. We are stuck. Changing teams doesnt work before some of you clowns go suggesting that.

Unfortunately the Cowboys will be run by a Jones for the foreseeable future. Until Jerry and Stephen checks out we'll never be a good team.

Jerry and Stephen. The apple didn't fall far from the tree and he's only worked for daddy. It's unlikely Stephen will operate the team any differently after Jerry is gone.

my biggest concern is that no really good head coach would want to deal with jerry. the coach is the one put their reputation on the line and they would not have totle control. jerry doesnt care...no one can fire him or do any thing.

As long as Jerry continues to run this team, they will continue to fail. It’s already clear, McCarthy was not the right coach for this team. I wanted Ruhl, but Jerry wanted an experienced NFL head coach. I predict he will regret that decision.

He's getting close to 80 years old.

This is the real state of the team. Don't waste your time worrying about head coaches and coordinators.

He wasted Tony Romo years. Dez years. 4 or 5 years into Dak. Now some want the Viking from Clemson. For what? I hope he never gets to Dallas. He deserves better.
