Hmmm ... let’s see Robert Quinn has a whopping 1 sack. Too bad Jerry didn’t give him that $60 million!
2/3 of the Chiefs linebacking crew are ex-Cowboys, Hitchens and Wilson. Taco Charlton has more sacks than D-Law and don't forget Charvarius Ward. Let's see, oh yeah, Benson Mayowa in Seattle doing well and all of a sudden Everson Griffen got his groove back. And if I'm not mistaken, they were all part of our now depleted defense.

Hitches is an above average to solid LB and still not worth the contract they gave him. Wilson is strictly a Sam and can’t cover. No one is game planning for Taco or ensuring he is chipped. 3 of the sacks by Smith a one of Gregory’s were directly created by the pressure created by Lawrence. I’ll admit I haven’t kept up with award. Regardless KC isn’t winning because of any of these players lol. Seatless’ pass rush has been atrocious!

Hitchens and Wilson are happy to be in KC. Heath and Witten are probably glad they're with the Raiders. Jack Crawford and Jeff Swaim are probably happy their with the Titans.

Here's my attempt. Really tough to make this list and missing a center and guard. Outside of Jones, Hitchens, and maybe Irving hard to get excited about this assembled team. Can't think of a C or guard to round it all out.

QB: Mike White
RB: Alfred Morris
FB: Keith Smith
WR: Dez Bryant
WR: Allen Hurns
WR: Cole Beasley
TE: Jason Witten
LT: Chaz Green
LG: Xavier Su'a-Filo
C:
RG:
RT: Cameron Fleming

DE: Robert Quinn
DE: Taco Charlton or Benson Mayowa
DT: Maliek Collins
DT: David Irving
OLB: Damien Wilson
MLB: Anthony Hitchens
OLB: Kyle Wilber
S: Kavon Fraizer
S: Jeff Heath
CB: Byron Jones
CB: Terrance Mitchell

If we took the current Dallas Cowboys and matched them against current NFL players, who at one time suited up for Dallas, who would win?
What would the team of Jerry castoffs look like?

Good chance Heath is better than any of our safeties.

We started Darian Thompson at SS to start the season *on purpose*. Worst ranked S in the league.

Looks like about six former Cowboys would be upgrades or equal to current starters: Byron Jones, Damien Wilson, Anthony Hitchens, Jeff Heath, Cole Beasley and Benson Mayowa. Nick Folk still kicking too. But not many
Former Dallas QBs having an impact.

RG - Ronald Leary
C - can’t think of a center
QB - if you’re only going with players currently in the league you can go with Matt Moore imo.

After the 3 tackles he got this weekend, he's up to 9 tackles to go with that 1 sack for the season.

I doubt Quinn is seeing many double teams with Mack on the other side. Quinn was just a bad signing for the Bears. Another ex-Cowboy FA who does jack squat.

So you're still STUPID stupid, huh?

PPG against last year: 32nd, at 30.9 ppg
PPG against this year: 2nd at 18.6 ppg

Dolphins have no run game and their passing game is spotty at best. Their best defense isn't the 2014-16 Cowboys way of ball control.

Their major signings this year were Van Noy(so-so) and Jones, defensively.
Guys like Obgah and Lawson have played well too.

How they pulled off wins versus the Rams, Cardinals and other good teams is by playing cover 0 at times and sending the house. Jones and Howard have done their job allowing QB's no quick strike option while having pressure in their face.Same with the Chargers. Herbert most of that game was checking down to his backs/TE as X and Jones shut down their receivers

Jones has played a large part in that teams ability to right the defense into a top 5 defense. Stats don't show it, but when he was out vs the Bills earlier this year Allen was able to carve up their defense. Since he has come back, their secondary has been lights out.
