Man its depressing here after losses and in the offseason lol.

I get it, we stink. I just can't imagine posting something negative every day. During the games I get mad and when we make moves that, even as a fan, look stupid, I shake my head and say alot of the stuff others here do. The thing is, when it's over and done with, I just can't imagine harping on the same things over and over.

he is probably with elliot and both are "faded" and day dreaming !
the whole dallas team just doesnt have the desire and toughness to get past the div round.
past 2 years they cant even get in the playoffs! and this year 2 EXTRA teams were let in lol.

Dream on lawrence, or get traded to another team if you want to play at "this time of season"

Hitchens lucked out when jones boys didnt want to pay him lol, now he has 1 SB ring and probably a 2nd in 2 weeks.
Beasley at least made the championship game. bad luck is they had to play KC.

Yes, this team’s leaders need to be quiet, starting especially in the owners box.

BUT- DLaw is way better than most people here realize. I’m not saying he’s the best at his position, but it’s hard to be “dominant” when 8 of your other defensive teammates wouldn’t start on any other team. If this team is going to get relevant next year, there must be a complete new haul of defensive talent in the draft and FA. The offense (once again) should be good enough to compete. This defense has been absolute garbage for too long.

I watched Lawrence a lot this year... he’s definitely worth the money. Him and Gregory are gonna be great. Hopefully gallimore takes the next step

I don't mind hearing this but I know it is only words if you not willing to go out and put in the work to make it happen. Guys who need medical procedures, do it now do not wait until you start missing team work outs. OTA be there put in the work as a team, yes it is not mandatory but it is your job and you need to be out their busting your hump. Training camp again it is about working your butt off to get yourself physically and mentally ready for the upcoming season. Not only that but as a team leader to help push guys to get them playing to their own abilities. I went to many training camps I would see vets like Irvin pushing guys, hollering across the practice field "It's the 4th qrt lets go" when guys were dead tired from the hot Texas heat in Austin. Off season has a lot to do with winning football games, guys and teams willing to put it all on the line shows up in late December and January.

I don't think team leaders need to be quite, I think they are the ones who not only show hard work by example but push teammates as well. I know some will say it is the coaches job to push players and it is but leaders on a team do not sit by quietly they interact with others on the team that coaches don't and there is nothing wrong with getting on a teammate who is not pulling his weight.

Lawrence might have been questionable as far as value in the previous season, but he did step it up some in this awful defense this year. I have no complaints. And Gregory was a great surprise. I really hope they get help.

He has not lived up to his contract. Simple as that. Now people here want to make excuses for him like all the others but that is a fact. Just who on this team outside of Zack Martin, Dak and Tyron truly have lived up to their contracts?

I am tired of all this
"He plays the run so well"

I COULD CARE LESS. His primary purpose is to sack the QB and I will remind those looking for excuses that you will find many examples of DE's on bad teams getting double digit sacks.
And when someone brings up pressures I LAUGH.

Pressures are completely subjective. What is pressure on One QB is not on another. Those with happy feet are EASILY pressured. The REAL PROS are not.

Lawrence has not put much pressure on ELITE QBs.

For that to happen literally everything that could possibly go right would have to happen (both tackles come back and play at a pro bowl level, Dak re-signed and puts up pro bowl stats, at least a combined 3 starters on defense via draft/free agency, linebackers go back to 2018 level performance).

Very unrealisitic for everything that could go right to go right

Come on dudes..

lighten up.

So he wants to just say would should be obvious..

when healthy and the coaches have fixed the issues in the off-season..

We should be in the playoffs.

Why are we angry about it?

Because I’m not from Missouri, but show me. Stop talking and start doing.

Angry? I was angry 10 years ago. It's reached the point of comedy now. The Cowboys have become a national punch line. :muttley:

We're 20 years into this century and this team has had so much hype, made so much noise from the owner on down, and accomplished so little.

And yet, they still keep talking. There's no self-awareness. The Patriots did less yappin' while they were winning 6 Super Bowls.
