Caught this on twitter combined pre-senior bowl big boards complied from McShay, Kiper, Move the Sticks, PFF, Dane, Draft Network and Tony Pauline. Of coarse several prospects rose/slide after senior bowl week, but gives us a good handle on the draft slotting.

I would approach it much differently. I would try to trade back in the first round. Maybe as many as three times depending on who is available when we pick.

You are going to see some very good players fly off the board from 20 to about 45. I would try to add an OT, Creed Humphrey, a linebacker and a DT between 20 and 45. You could get 4 starters there and get two starters on defense the same way as if you had stayed put but brought cap relief and youth to the OL.

Creed Humphrey could be an all pro just like FredBeard. Don’t fight the draft board. Let it come to you. You would still have both 3rd round picks to add to the draft haul.

With a draft that is so top heavy, many of the prospects will have similar grades, which is why trading back multiple times is unrealistic to expect. Every team knows this and will want to obtain additional picks, but it won't be a buyer's market, outside of the QB's and the elite offensive players who should all be gone within the top 12.

I'm a big fan of Boogie Basham, have no problems taking him at 42. Here would be my mock based on this list:

Moehrig (17) he is a legit 1st rd prospect, could be in play for us
JOK (18) Collins (19) Trade down targets, too early for 10
Nixon (42) more of a 2nd rd player, then a 1st rd many are saying
Suratt (46) first off the ball LB in the 2nd rd
Browning (73) see him either as a high 2nd rounder or a late 3rd rounder
Tuefele (77) many view him as a 2nd rd player
Nasirildeen (83) many view him as a top 50 pick, great value if he came off in this range
Melifonwu (98), Grant (99) clearly both helped themselves at senior bowl, where they could even be 1st rd players
McNeil (102) notice he isn't a top 50 player like many think. Not one NT is viewed as a 2nd rd player

I will do this assuming that Dallas signs Dalvin Tomlinson to play 1T. A move I think will help the 2018 version of the Cowboys LBs re-emerge. Assuming LVE can stay healthy, which I think is a direct correlation to the LBs being clean to make plays due to a legit 1T.

With that said...I take either Farley or Surtain at 10. Farley has more upside due to his athletic ability and him being relatively new to the position. Surtain is the more consistent and durable player though. Coin toss for me but I'll say Surtain.

2nd round...I would orchestrate a slight trade up for Jevon Holland S from Oregon. He can be a single high FS that covers a lot of ground due to his athletic ability. He also can cover like a 3rd CB type.

3rd round...B. Browning would be the pick if available. He may allow Dallas to hedge their bets on Jaylon Smith and LVE a bit. (Compensatory 3rd used to move up for J. Holland)

4th round...CB Israel Mukuamu CB South Carolina

5th round...DE from Tulane Patrick Johnson

114. Marvin Wilson NT, FSU -- Played out of shape last year but he's got a high ceiling.
139. Jaelon Darden WR UNT -- Elite special teams weapon with WR play upside.

All except Eichenberg. Dude’s a stiff and gets killed by speed rushers. Give me Darrisaw or even the big kid from Ohio U over Liam E.

I think that is what will be born out of his workouts with the teams in the next month or two. At 6'1 (likely slightly under that listed height) and weighing 200 plus...he may be able to be a 3rd CB but he can definitely play FS.

We shall see soon. I've seen him play live a lot so I think a lot of him. At least coming into 2020.

I get the reach for browning but he could be great value like Frederick turned out to be when he was ranked way lower.

I don’t think either is there at 99 but of the two it would be B-Squared. Grant may not be there at 42.
