Dolphins trade 3rd overall pick to 49ers

Excellent news

No Pitts, Smith, or Chase in Philly :lmao2:

Smith could be there or Waddle. But yeah, I was more concerned with them landing Chase.

But on the flipside, they are loaded in next year's draft and can really move around and land a couple of great players.

At least 3 QBs are going in the top 9. So Dallas will probably have the best OL or CB fall to them. I would pick the best OL since they are paying Dak $40M.
Lol what? There will 100000% be an OL drafted before 10. Not even close. We will get Pat Surtain and I’m more than good with that.

They are banking on the Jets passing on a QB so they can snatch Wilson.

Sounds like the Eagles trade happened specifically because the Jets are planning on taking Wilson.

At worst, Dallas will get a chance at one of the top seven non-QBs in the draft. Maybe even top 6 if another QB goes Top 10. That's pretty cool.

Sewell
Pitts
Slater
Surtain
Chase

At least 1 of these players will be available when the Cowboys are on the clock

I think Sewell to the Bengals is just about a lock. Also think Chase to the Fins is a lock. It’s definitely getting interesting.

And their fans will be crying once again on how they missed out on Chase or Smith or Pitts. I just don't get what they are doing.
Me neither. I mean they get two 1sts next year but they’re missing out on bluechip talent this year. Just due to numbers they’ll have a shot at one of the three WR’s, but they get third choice most likely. My guess is they’ll get Parsons, Paye, Rousseau, or OL if the big 3 WR’s are all gone.

Also they tried to trade up for Wilson, they’re already screwing with Hurts’s head lol.

Right. And not only that but they've shown they have issues drafting in the past so why would you even mess around like you have the luxury of trading AWAY from talent?

Most think it’s for Fields. My gut says Lance.
I will throw this out there....2 things. BYU pro day...today....Wilson crushes it...maybe SF and Jets flop picks....since Saleh and 49ers have history...or 49ers made this move to guarantee a QB....and they trade 1/3....to the Texans...for Watson.

The Fins are kicking butt with these trades. Makes me wonder, with the amount of talent the Boys are going to have to draft to field a quality defense, if they should trade back for an extra first next year. God knows, with the lack of talent on defense, plus the number of quality OL they are going to have to replace in the next 2-3 years, they need all the picks they can get.

Some scouts dissected Fields' passes and found that he rarely progresses through his reads. It is a concern for me that he overwhelmingly threw to the first receiver he locked his eyes on. Maybe he can adjust in the NFL and was never really forced to look off his first option. His efficiency though was impressive.
