At that price, almost worth it to get him as a backup. Wow they gave him away.
Bad news is I now don’t think Surtain will be there at 10 either. If Surtain is gone that makes Parsons the top D player and seems a reach at 10, not talent per se, just positionally.

If we're reaching on defence, then give me Barmore from Bama. We need help at 1T, and I think Barmore, of the potential "reaches" makes the most sense for us. It's not a reach if it works out and fills a need (see Travis Frederick). Imo, Barmore fits the same logic as Frederick. He's an excellent DT prospect, fills a need. He's a top 20 player in the draft, and I think he's the more logical choice. I'd go Barmore and Browning with our first 2 picks.

Jags - QB
Jets - QB
San Fran - QB
Falcons - QB or Pitts/Sewell.
Bengalls - Sewell/Pitts. (whoever left)
Dolphins - Top WR/ Pitts.
Lions - WR
Panthers - Darnold in trade so WR or OL
Broncos - Took 2 expensinve CB's in FA so - Slater/ Parsons
Cowboys - Surtain/ Trade back for someone wanting Fields ?

This is better. Trade back somewhere between 15-20, and take Barmore.

Roberta Flack or the Fugees?
The song was first released with Lori Lieberman the vocalist.
But it became a hit when Roberta Flack sung it - and became one of her signature tunes in her career. Howver, Lauryn Hill with the Fugees won a Grammy Award with their rendition 30+ years later.
'Whyjerry' - I was a teenager when Flack took the music world by storm with her back-to-back Grammy Song Of The Year Awards in the early '70s
A songstress who was lauded back in the day -- but deserves appreciation now (while still alive - 84 years old this past Feb. 10th) her voice was captivating.

IF Barmore is considered a special player then we take him and modify our D to make use of his gifts.

'Corso' - music in the 1960s and 1970s were emotional exlixirs: uplifting \ inspiring messages ...and just plain, no holds barred good times dancing, drinking, partying, having a good time music. No matter what the genre: Country & Western, Soul, American and British Pop, Jazz - as it transformed from its traditional roots to becoming avant garde - I embraced it then...and cherish it still.
Don't want to leave out R&B and Classic Rock.

Sore wa yoidesu

(Japanese for That's better)
I had to learn Japanese when I worked for an advertising company and I had to make a pitch to Pepsi.
Funny that a few years later it got me quite a few unexpected and welcomed dates.

Completely agree and there was some poetic existentialism in it all.
I had hopes that the recent times would bring our pop culture back to the important values of...
You know.

It didn't happen.
My musical cave retracts further from this current subculture.
As reluctant as it is.

Much to my chagrin.

I have been the same rut. But there are artists in this century that put forth music that will appeal to us; we just have to "venture outside of the cave" and inquire \ seek it out through younger relatives, or explore through the internet and.... the old fashioned way - listening to the radio.

Haha, I watch anime (oh come on, I'm a furry, this shouldn't be shocking haha), so that helps.
